To inhibit the autoupdate scripts from connecting to developers.inventel.com, you need to change the locations in /etc_ro_fs/autoconf.conf and /etc_ro_fs/firm.conf from developers.inventel.com to anything else (your own server would do, or any 10.x.x. or 192.x.x. address).
